A native of Israel, Lyrit Edmunds is passionate about empowering clients to increase their happiness level both personally and professionally. As dynamic, proactive and results-driven professional, she is effective in providing strategic Human Resource support by leveraging a solid understanding of the competitive landscape.

Lyrit founded Utopology after spending 20 years developing her business acumen in sales, marketing, market and product development, as well as executive recruitment and consulting. With extensive experience coaching executive and C level professionals, she specializes in career development, strategic planning, execution of professional goals and culture redesign. Day to day, Lyrit falls in love with the life stories of those around her and uses her talent to help individuals and companies communicate their stories through their professional work.

Prior to establishing Utopology, Lyrit was Vice President and at Govig and Associates, a franchise of MRINetwork™, the largest executive search firm in the world. She identified and established a new revenue stream for the organization consisting of multiple recruiters and markets. As a member of the leadership team for her division, Lyrit created and lead initiatives oriented around talent acquisition services in multiple states, resulting in swift and successful implementation, measured by attractive placement ratios, year after year. Furthermore, Lyrit brought in and developed a client base of mid-size ($50M) to large fortune 500 clients resulting in multiple hires, high level of customer satisfaction and over 80% retention rate measured in years.

During her time at Govig and Associates, Lyrit was awarded the MRI Pacesetter (President’s Club) designation for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and was awarded “Best Mentor” companywide for 2014.

As a marketing, channel and account manager at Hewlett Packard in the early 2000’s, Lyrit partnered in the successful introduction of hp Software products into the market. She achieved over $3 million in business throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa, receiving the Software Champion Award for 2003. Multiple channels under her management qualified as Gold Channel Partners (highest certification) in the hp Global European channel program, and created a strategic partnership with the regional Microsoft, Oracle and Cisco offices.

Renowned for her innate ability to accurately assess a situation or person, Lyrit strives to develop strategic approaches for her clients to achieve their desired goal. Deeply empathetic, she has the ability to see from her client’s perspective while possessing the clear-eyed vision to see what the client cannot in any given situation. Personable and knowledgeable, Lyrit is known for establishing meaningful relationships with clients which aides to her intuition of best-fit matches between individuals and organizations.
